Yes, you can keep your number. All that you will do is to move your number to MzansiNet.

This is how the process works:

• You will complete the number porting form on your business letterhead and email it to us together with a recent invoice from your current provider, and a copy of the ID of the telephone account holder.
• MzansiNet will then submit the request on your behalf.
• It will take up to 10 workdays to receive approval from your current provider. Your number will remain available in the meantime.

• Once we have approval from your current provider, we will contact you to coördinate your preferred porting date.
• On the day your number is moved over we will test to ensure that your number is working correctly and will be the first to call on your new line.
